*Scholarships applications are available to any APP who:

- Is an AMDAPP member

- Has no institution provided CME funding

- Agrees to attend ALL provided meals and stays through the conference entirety: Thursday March 4 - Sunday, March 7th, 2027

Please note that scholarship recipients who cancel after accepting their scholarship are responsible for costs already incurred on their behalf, including hotel accommodations and conference registration fees.

By submitting this form you acknowledge that if you are approved for a scholarship, you may be responsible for the following costs:

- Hotel room incidentals or costs incurred due to checking into the hotel early or late (included nights are March 4th, 5th, 6th)

- The full cost of your room as well as any additional penalties AMDAPP incurs from the hotel due to room reduction in nights/cancellation/no show after January 15, 2027

- Cancellations and night reductions must be submitted via email by January 15, 2027 to avoid penalty

- Total costs incurred from your hotel room on days you did not attend the AMDAPP conference

Scholarship recipients are required to attend the full AMDAPP conference (March 4-7). Special exceptions or cancellations must be established via email prior to January 15, 2027. Failure to do so will result in the same fees established above.
